If you are Architect then kindly upload the valid document as on date only as per regulation no. 2.74 confirming with regulation no. 4.1 of MIDC-DCR 2009. As per regulation no. 2.74, "Registered Architect" means a qualified architect who is duly registered with the Council of Architecture under the Practicing Architects Act, 1972.
If you are Engineer then kindly upload valid document as on date only as per regulation no. 2.55 confirming with regulation no. 4.1 of MIDC DCR-2009. As per regulation no. 2.55, "Licensed Engineer" means a qualified engineer and licensed by any Municipal Corporation or Class A / Class B Municipal Council to sign building plans and documents connected with Development Permission.
If you are Town Planner then kindly upload valid document as on date only as per regulation no. 2.91 confirming with regulation no. 4.2 of MIDC DCR-2009. As per regulation no. 2.91, "Town Planner" means a person who is a member of the Institute of Town Planners, India (ITPI).
